What is Earth Magic
Earth Magic is an Indian clay mask treatment that was formulated to clear congestion, tighten pores and gently exfoliate your skin without stripping any moisture.
Where are Junglo products made?
All Junglo skincare products are formulated and made in Melbourne, Australia, with our native botanical ingredients largely being native to India.
Do you use natural & clean ingredients?
Our products make use of natural ingredients true to our Ayurvedic roots. However it’s important to note that clean or natural does not always imply effective. In our case, clean implies promoting a balanced lifestyle, use of ingredients that are sustainable and not harmful to animals or the environment, and formulations that prioritise your skin health.
Are Junglo products safe to use when you’re pregnant?
All our products are made with sensitive skin in mind, from natural and cruelty free ingredients that help keep skin healthy and help to balance oil production on the surface of your skin. However we always encourage you to speak to your doctor and take the precautionary steps to ensure a healthy pregnancy!
We want you to feel confident that you’re using only the best products for you and your precious little one!
How long until I see results?
Immediately! Your skin should feel softer and smoother after each use of our clay mask. Over prolonged use you should start seeing a reduction in blackheads and/or breakouts
Shipping and Returns
Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship within Australia.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping Australia wide! However if you want your product in our hurry, you can choose the express option at checkout at an extra cost. Cost may vary depending on your location & weight.
How long will my order take to ship?
We’re so excited for you to be part of the Junglo community and try Earth magic! Your order will ship out from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase, not including weekends (please allow extra time during Public Holidays)
Standard orders: 2-6 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.
Express orders: 1-3 business days after time of dispatch for delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we cannot cancel or amend. However if you have any particular concern please email hello@junglo.com and we’ll see what we can do.
What is your return & exchange policy?
We’re so sorry to hear that our products didn’t meet your expectations.
We take full accountability of damaged or faulty products. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please email hello@junglo.com sharing details of your experience, your order number and photos within 7 days of purchase and we’ll get back to you.
For change of mind, unfortunately as a small business and for hygiene reasons, return of opened products is not possible. However we acknowledge that everyone’s skin is different and can have varied reactions to every individual ingredient.
